Sponsoring an Event

At the AGM it was suggested that we might defray some of the GLJC expenses by seeking sponsorship for our various festival celebrations, religous services and related catering. Our costs include payments to Rabbis, venue hire and catering with the latter being reduced when members very kindly bring food to share.

Occasionally the Social Committee will organise and prepare the food for a particular event themselves and seek sponsorship from one or more GLJC members to cover the cost. If you would be prepared to offer sponsorship of all or part of an event then please let me or another member of the Social Committee or Council know.

The Social Committee includes Jill Rosenheim, Rose Goodman, Allison Hyman, Tina Nixon, Hazel Phillips and Anne Rowan.
